By accessing or using ReplyON (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

ReplyON is a software platform developed and operated by Kingdom Digital, the DBA of MRG ENTERPRISE LLC, the legal business entity behind the Service. References to “we”, “our” and “us” in these Terms refer to MRG ENTERPRISE LLC (DBA Kingdom Digital).

ReplyON is a SaaS platform operated by MRG ENTERPRISE LLC (DBA Kingdom Digital) that automates communication between service businesses and their customers. Features include automated SMS responses, missed call handling, scheduling links, review requests and customer reactivation campaigns.

• By using the Service, businesses agree to only message customers who have provided consent.
• Messages must be related to customer inquiries or an existing business relationship.
• Message frequency may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• End users can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
• End users can request assistance by replying HELP.

By checking the optional SMS consent box on our website forms, users may agree to receive SMS messages related to their inquiry, appointment scheduling, service updates, and review requests.

Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to request service or complete a transaction.

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance.

Businesses using ReplyON agree to:

• Obtain proper consent before messaging customers
• Use the system legally, ethically and in good faith
• Not send spam, unsolicited or deceptive messages
• Comply with all applicable laws, including TCPA, CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements

ReplyON is not responsible for:

• Message delivery delays or failures
• Carrier outages or filtering
• Misuse of the platform by users or third parties
• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Service

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

ReplyON may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion in cases of misuse, violation of these terms, non-payment, or activity that puts the platform or its users at risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
